Qualifications:
-A strong academic background in a technical field (preferably from a top-tier university)
-Advanced knowledge of Linux
-Proficiency in configuration management tools (Ansible preferred)
-Experience with CI/CD servers and environments (GitLab preferred)
-Hands-on experience with distributed networks (firewalls, VPN, L2/L3 routing, IPsec)
-Expertise in containerization and virtualization (Docker, KVM, QEMU, VirtualBox)
-Familiarity with Windows development environments
Nice-to-have:
-Experience with cloud providers (AWS preferred)
-Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, FAI, OpenStack)
-Software development experience in C++
Key Responsibilities:
-Configure and maintain Linux servers and services
-Set up and manage network communications
-Implement monitoring and logging (Zabbix, etc.)
-Manage backups and ensure data integrity
-Design, develop, and maintain reliable ETL processes for seamless data flow
-Configure CI/CD pipelines
-Provide support to the development team (Linux, Visual Studio, VS Code, VisualGDB, GCC)
-Provide support to the research team (Linux, R/Python)
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents and ad hoc issues
