Founded in 2017 in New York, the company has expanded across the U.S., delivering top-quality glass solutions to both residential and commercial markets.
We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Business Trainer for a project-based, remote cooperation.
Responsibilities

Evaluate the skills and competencies of sales teams to identify development needs

Design and implement targeted training programs aimed at improving performance and supporting business goals

Conduct ongoing training sessions and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of experience in training sales teams

Proven experience in designing proprietary training programs; a portfolio of past work will be considered a strong advantage

Experience conducting training in English

Languages: English – C1 level or higher
