Senior Business Analyst for Logistics

Atlantic Express Corp is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to dive deep into our end-to-end business operations and drive improvements. The immediate focus will be on order processing.

Our goal is to streamline, optimize, and potentially automate these processes to improve efficiency and accuracy across the board.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and map current business processes across the company, including leads, orders, transportation, warehousing, import/export workflows.

• Take a deep dive into order processing workflows.

• Review and assess current systems and workflows; identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate closely with logistics, sales, accounting, and operations teams.

• Document requirements, process flows, and recommendations using tools like BPMN/UML.

• Develop and help implement improved workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Support digital transformation efforts, including automation opportunities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments.

• Ability to break down complex processes, ask the right questions, and spot inefficiencies.

• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems and knowledge of data flows and system integrations.

• Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Bizagi, Visio).

• Excellent communication skills and fluent English, Russian
