StarDust is a payment system with a robust online banking infrastructure suitable for most online businesses. A guide to the world of e-commerce and consulting.

We provide a full range of marketing services for e-commerce .

We are currently looking for a B2B Support Specialist to join our South-East Asian team.

What is to be done:

  • interact and support clients in Telegram support chats and in the HelpDesk support system;
  • work in Excel (with standard formulas, pivot tables, sorting, filters);
  • consult clients on the provided functionality;
  • identify typical problems, solve typical technical problems;
  • work with logs;
  • escalate client issues and monitor resolution times;
  • fulfill planned KPIs;

Our stack: Kibana, Excel, Jira, Confluence, HelpDesk, Telegram.

Our expectations from the candidate:

  • experience in technical support from 2 years;
  • technical and analytical mindset and acumen;
  • independence in decision making;
  • desire to develop and grow.

  • work schedule 2/2 from 9:00 to 21:00 GMT+7 or 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00 GMT+7;
