We are looking for a vip support manager for an international digital platform with a igaming theme.
Tasks:
- Customer support in chats;
- Respectful and friendly interaction with customers, adhering to the established communication tone;
- Entering and updating customer data in the CRM system;
- Completing tasks within set deadlines (e.g., responding to chats within X minutes);
- Participating in training programs and workshops organized by the company to maintain a high level of knowledge and skills;
- Contributing to discussions and implementing improvements in support processes;
- Ensuring a stable internet connection while working remotely.
Requirements:
- Fluent command of Turkish and English, both spoken and written;
- Experience in customer communication (customer support, call center telemarketing, etc.);
- Proficient computer skills and fast typing speed;
- Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely;
- High level of empathy and the ability to find an individual approach to customers;
- Responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and develop professional skills;
- Ability to work remotely: capability to organize a workspace, equipment, and effectively manage time.
