Responsibilities:
- Management of management Support;
- Preparation of work schedules and provision of effective information service to clients;
- Participation in the hiring and training of managers;
- Implementation of mentoring activities (training, supervision and control of interns);
- Conducting employee performance monitoring;
- Implementation of motivational activities in the group.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience in Customer Service is mandatory.
