We specialize in connecting businesses with highly qualified professionals across a diverse range of fields, including financial experts, virtual assistants, developers, database administrators, QA engineers, and more. We have already built a comprehensive database of talented candidates, complete with video presentations, professional resumes, technical test results, and English proficiency assessments.

Your Mission:

Your primary objective is to identify companies that have a need for the specialized talent we offer and to engage with them to schedule qualified meetings for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact, nurturing potential clients and guiding them towards a conversation with our representatives.

Responsibilities
– Develop and implement an effective outreach strategy to identify and engage potential clients.
– Identify potential client companies through various channels, including:

  • – Proactively reaching out to companies with open positions on their corporate websites (monitoring Careers sections and proactively offering suitable candidates from our database).
    – Conducting targeted email outreach campaigns.
    – Sending personalized messages via professional networking platforms and other relevant channels.
    – Participate in sales calls with the sales team to gain a deeper understanding of our company’s services and sales process, and to further develop your ability to qualify potential clients.

– Proactively engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting our talent solutions.
– Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
– Schedule qualified introductory calls or meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
– Craft compelling and personalized email and message templates tailored to the specific needs and pain points of each potential client.
– Maintain and update client and lead data in Google Sheets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, including tracking communication and setting up follow-up activities.
– Provide weekly reports on the leads contacted, their status, and any scheduled appointments or next steps.

Requirements
– Proven experience in a pre-sales, appointment setting, or business development role, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
– Demonstrated success in engaging with and qualifying leads within the U.S. market.
– Proficiency in using CRM tools for managing leads, tracking interactions, and scheduling appointments.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English.
– Strong ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and achieve targets with minimal supervision.
– Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive outreach messages.
– A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving appointment targets.
