We are a fast-growing iGaming startup that has existed for one year. In this time, we have built our proprietary platform, which powers casino brands entering the European market. Additionally, we have developed a custom-built affiliate system as a standalone product.

Our company is in an active growth phase, and we are assembling a core team of ambitious professionals who will help us build an exceptional business.

As the Head of Affiliates, you will take ownership of our affiliate strategy, lead and mentor the team, and drive our affiliate program’s performance to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and scale the affiliate team, driving strategic initiatives to maximize growth, ROI and overall performance
  • Define and implement the long-term vision for the affiliate program, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing strategies
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with top affiliates, partners and industry players
  • Analyze and forecast ROI, setting measurable KPIs to optimize the performance of affiliate marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the management and optimization of both CPA and RS affiliate models, ensuring effective acquisition and retention of affiliates
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business meetings, building strategic partnerships and increasing brand visibility
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, analytics and product, to align on common goals and deliver integrated strategies
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging opportunities to innovate and enhance the affiliate program
  • Provide leadership, mentoring and support to the affiliate team, ensuring high performance and continuous development


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the online casino or gambling industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role
  • Deep understanding of CPA and RS affiliate models, with a proven track record of driving significant growth and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast outcomes and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and relationship-building skills, capable of managing key stakeholders and motivating a team
  • Proven experience representing a company at industry events, with the ability to build and nurture strategic partnerships
  • Solid organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
  • Willingness to travel internationally for industry events, conferences, and business meetings
