Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proactively searching for new data sources to improve Bank’s processes in the bank (e.g. underwriting, campaign management, collections, call centers, pricing;
- Review bank processes and provide consultancy and analysis for better data structures, models and algorithms to optimize Bank’s processes;
- Prioritization of AI/ML models development;
- Data Governance Policy advice role;
- Ambassador of Data Governance and best practices source;
- Second Line of Defense for Data Governance - supervises implementation and operation of Data Governance;
- Cooperate with the Legal, Compliance, IT Security, Operational Risk, and Data Protection officer to ensure compliance and consistency with contractual and regulatory requirements;
- Regularly provides inputs (reports/ overviews) on Data Governance to top management;
- Provide expertise and support to other Bank’s functions in the Data Governance and Data Quality;
- Owner of the Product Approval Process (“PAP”) Policy;
- Owner of the DAta Source Approval Process (“DASAP”) Policy.
- At least 7 years experience in business consulting or 10 years experience in banking industry with know-how of usual scripting and modelling languages (e.g. SQL, Python, R, Stata).
- Degree: Economics, Mathematics, IT/Data university.
- English – Fluent.
- Intermediate technical know-how of ETLs, data structures and statistics and new trends data governance;
- Very good negotiation and diplomacy skills;
- Understanding or quick learning of the business processes;
- Drive to bring the results without excuses;
- Consultancy/Coaching skills;
- Leadership skills.
