About the Job:
As a Digital Sales Professional at Awara IT, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring leading companies to embrace smarter work practices using Security tools. Your primary focus will be advocating for the innovative power of our services to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile. With a strong customer-centric approach, you will meet customers where they are, providing them with tailored solutions for their innovation needs.
As a Digital Sales Professional, your responsibilities will include:
- Initiating conversations with customers on digital transformation across one or more solution areas through inbound and outbound calls, email & social selling.
- Identifying customer business needs and proactively mapping external stakeholders, engaging senior decision-makers in their organizations.
- Conducting industry-specific conversations to introduce how Awara IT services can enable digital transformation aligned with the customer's industry, effectively converting leads into opportunities.
- Building relationships with customers through social selling, utilizing various platforms.
- Tracking and qualifying new leads.
- Maintaining a customer database in CRM, regularly updating information, and generating sales reports.
- Continuously improving knowledge about the company's products and services.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales environment, preferably in inside sales, IT sales, customer service, marketing, or operations.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Growth mindset with a passion for learning.
- Proficiency in English languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA, Master's degree in a finance, marketing or technical field, or equivalent practical experience in these fields.
- Experience in selling Security products in a B2B environment.
- Experience in a sales role.
- Ability to create presentations and lead customer discussions.
- Ability to develop relationships and work extensively at the executive level.
