International B2B Sales Manager – Global Growth for Brazilian Polewear Brand (Remote)

A fast-growing Brazilian brand in pole dance and activewear is seeking a driven, creative International B2B Sales Manager to lead global wholesale expansion — both through partner channels and direct B2B clients. The company aims to scale international sales 4x by the end of the year and become a strong global player in its niche.

Already worn by dancers, creatives, and movement lovers around the world, the brand is entering a new phase of international growth.

This role is not just about hitting targets — it’s about shaping the global future of a bold fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close partnerships with studios, retailers, and resellers worldwide;

  • Build and manage a pipeline of wholesale clients in key international markets;

  • Develop direct B2B sales — manage own client base, deals, and relationships;

  • Lead negotiations, onboard new partners, and support their success;

  • Collaborate on international sales strategy and market selection;

  • Take full ownership of B2B revenue — from first contact to signed contracts.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of international B2B sales experience (fashion / lifestyle / beauty is a plus);

  • Fluent English and confidence in global outreach, pitching, and closing deals;

  • Passion for bold, creative products and niche fashion communities;

  • Self-driven and results-oriented — targets are a motivator, not a stressor;

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment;

  • Ready to fully manage personal B2B client portfolio with autonomy.
