Investment Sales Manager

True Gamers World – the fastest-growing gaming cafe network in the UAE, featuring robot dogs, esports tournaments, and an its own cloud-kitchen. We’re on a mission to expand, and we need a high-performing Investment Sales Manager to drive investor engagement and secure funding for our upcoming projects.

What you'll do:

• Identify and engage potential investors through industry events, esports conferences, and investment forums

• Handle incoming investor inquiries, conduct pitch meetings, and convert interest into secured funding

• Build long-term trust, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth onboarding

• Analyze the market to identify new business opportunities

• Work with marketing, finance, and operations teams to develop investment proposals and track pipeline performance

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of sales experience in investment, real estate, franchising, or related fields

• Strong network in UAE/GCC investment communities

• Fluent English

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Experience in esports, entertainment, leisure, or hospitality investments is an advantage

• Understanding of lead generation strategies
