Responsibilities:
- The Buildings and Infrastructure Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the buildings and infrastructure sector.
- Part of the B&I department to understand the latest service offerings and market trends, and leverage this knowledge to identify potential clients and tailor sales solutions.
- A successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record in sales, and a good understanding of the construction, engineering, and real estate industries.
- They will be expected to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
- A strong motivation to promote our company’s offerings to clients, with a passion for achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the organization.
- Possession of strong soft skills, including excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- A background or understanding of the buildings and infrastructure sector would be an advantage
- BSc in Architectural Engineering (engineering design, structures, and construction management) will be an advantage
- min 2-3 years of experience in sales, demonstrating a proven track record of success
- Proficient command of English, Russian, and Kazakh languages, as our business involves interactions with clients in diverse linguistic environments
