Levstal Group is an Estonian company with a long-standing reputation in metalworking and steel construction. For over 30 years, we've been delivering high-quality solutions in marine and civil infrastructure to clients in Finland, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Austria, Italy, and more. We are now looking for a motivated and driven Sales Manager to join our remote team.

Your responsibilities
— Manage and expand the client base
— Lead clients through all stages of the sales process, up to contract signing
— Prepare and process all necessary documentation (contracts, invoices, etc.)
— Maintain client relationships after the sale
— Develop expertise in our product and industry
— Coordinate with the production team after the contract is signed
— Provide regular progress reports to management

What we’re looking for
— English level C1 or higher (confident in negotiations and written communication)
— Proven experience in sales; team leadership or mentoring is a strong advantage
— Independence, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset
— High level of responsibility and self-organization
— Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking
