We are looking for an experienced Call Center Specialist to process applications and provide strong customer service, working with us on a full time and remote basis.
Responsibilities:
• Picking up client requests and making calls to discuss our services
• Processing requests and communicating with clients via phone, chat and email
• Work in the CRM system and telephony
• Work according to a spoken script
Requirements:
• Skills in negotiating on the phone and in chat;
• Fluent in Turkish;
• Multi-lingual with English OR Russian;
• Ability to speak beautifully and clearly express your thoughts;
• Confident and positively minded;
• High level of performance;
• Experience in a call center, customer service or sales department – preferably in the field of selling immigration program and / or selling foreign real estate;
Key Skills:
• Fluent in Turkish;
• English or Russian: Intermediate-advanced;
• Telephone negotiations;
• Teamwork;
• Consulting clients via business communication;
• Outgoing calls;
• Correspondence with management;
