We continue to expand the team and is looking for a Call Center Manager. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls (scripts) and contacting customers Call Center;
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers;
- Regular reporting to management;
- Participate in team planning meetings;
- Work effectively as part of a team.
Requirements:
- English (B2) or German (B2);
- Russian (B2);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Stress tolerance;
- An ability to effectively operate a personal computer with related software;
- Attention to detail
- Customer Service and/or call center experience is a plus.
