Chief Operating Officer (Kenya)

Aventus Group is on the lookout for an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our esteemed team in Kenya, Nairobi!

We're looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a microfinance organization;
• In-depth understanding of the microfinance sector and business management specifics;
• Perfect English communication skills;
• Knowledge of Russian is to your advantage;
• Proven success in online/retail lending within the microfinance industry;
• Strong skills in business development and strategic planning;
• High level of responsibility and self-discipline;
• Excellent leadership and management capabilities;
• Experience in team building and motivation;
• Proficiency in negotiation and defending business positions.
