Responsibilities:

• Creating clear and detailed tasks for motion designers.
• Searching for and creating source materials for motion creatives.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of creatives and implementing data-driven solutions.
• Competitive analysis to identify best practices and implement innovative solutions.
• In-depth study of the iGaming market specifics in specific countries.
• Developing and quickly implementing new motion creative concepts.
• Monitoring current trends in the iGaming sector and incorporating advanced solutions into creative production.
• When necessary, independently creating motion creatives according to developed briefs.

• Experience in independently searching for information and materials on the internet.
• Basic knowledge of editing theory and the fundamentals of directing, videography, lighting setup, and understanding the technical and artistic principles of animation creation.
• Knowledge of trends in creative development for the iGaming vertical is a plus.
• Basic skills in working with neural networks.
• Independence in decision-making.
• A developed sense of style, visual thinking, and a refined taste.
• Awareness of the latest trends in motion graphics.
