Odoo Developer

Our team of 12 people(full-stack, Odoo & IOS developers) is passionate about agile project management and open-source technologies, ensuring that we provide innovative digital solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

We are currently looking to expand our team by hiring an Odoo Developer. Please note that you will be working Miami time from 9 am to 6 pm.

As our Odoo Developer, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing ODOO apps (new module development and customization);

• Creating custom module in ODOO to meet the specific domain requirement;

• Analyzing and clarifying functional specifications, writing technical specifications, designing technical structure of the solution, and implementing business logic;

• Bug fixing, performance optimization, production support;

• Following best practices for secured Software Development.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Odoo systems;

• Strong proficiency in Python and core programming concepts;

• Experience in designing and developing Odoo applications, including creating new modules and customization;

• Skilled in Odoo setup and integration with third-party systems;

• Ability to develop, code, test, and document software based on functional requirements;

• Familiarity with version control systems (VCS) like Git, including branching, merging, and release workflows;

• Availability of previous projects online, showcasing your contributions;

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to achieving goals;

• Ability to effectively manage and organize your workflow;

• Commitment to self-development, with a quick learning ability and systematic thinking;

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Not necessarily but will be a plus:

• Knowledge of the Odoo UI JavaScript framework;

• Familiarity with odoo.sh.
