Take full ownership of inDrive’s advertising technology stack — from integrating mobile ad SDKs to optimizing real-time bidding (RTB) systems. This role is ideal for a hands-on expert who can ensure scalability, compliance, and maximize ad revenue performance across the platform.​​​​​​​

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the advertising platform infrastructure, including SDKs, ad-serving systems, and RTB engines to ensure stability, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Oversee the integration and optimization of advertising SDKs (e.g. Google Ad Manager, Unity Ads, AppLovin) in collaboration with Android and iOS teams.
  • Optimize programmatic advertising performance, including mediation strategy, server-to-server bidding, and ad delivery speed.
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as latency, fill rate, request-response time, and revenue efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) by implementing privacy-preserving targeting techniques.
  • Prevent and detect ad fraud, including click fraud and impression fraud, using advanced monitoring and security practices.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or ad operations.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with SDKs and platforms like Google Ad Manager, AppLovin, or Unity Ads.
  • Solid understanding of ad-serving infrastructure, RTB processes, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and best practices in privacy-preserving advertising.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineers, data teams, and product stakeholders.
