Take full ownership of inDrive’s advertising technology stack — from integrating mobile ad SDKs to optimizing real-time bidding (RTB) systems. This role is ideal for a hands-on expert who can ensure scalability, compliance, and maximize ad revenue performance across the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the advertising platform infrastructure, including SDKs, ad-serving systems, and RTB engines to ensure stability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Oversee the integration and optimization of advertising SDKs (e.g. Google Ad Manager, Unity Ads, AppLovin) in collaboration with Android and iOS teams.
- Optimize programmatic advertising performance, including mediation strategy, server-to-server bidding, and ad delivery speed.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as latency, fill rate, request-response time, and revenue efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) by implementing privacy-preserving targeting techniques.
- Prevent and detect ad fraud, including click fraud and impression fraud, using advanced monitoring and security practices.
- 5+ years of experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or ad operations.
- Strong hands-on expertise with SDKs and platforms like Google Ad Manager, AppLovin, or Unity Ads.
- Solid understanding of ad-serving infrastructure, RTB processes, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and best practices in privacy-preserving advertising.
