Responsibilities:

- Segment player databases based on activity, preferences, and demographics;
- Analyze player behavior to identify opportunities for improvement;
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns to drive customer retention and loyalty;
- Create personalized and targeted promotions, bonuses, and communications to maximize player engagement;
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer communication;
- Optimize communication channels (email, SMS) for effectiveness;
- Implement A/B testing to refine messaging and improve response rates;
- Gather player feedback through surveys and other channels to understand player preferences and areas for improvement;
-Utilize feedback to enhance the overall player experience and inform CRM strategies;
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM initiatives;
- Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, player retention, and other relevant metrics;
- Ensure CRM activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards;

Requirements:

- 1+ year of marketing experience preferred;
- Proficiency in English (Intermediate or higher) and Russian;
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS;
- Customer-first mindset;
- Data-driven approach and experience with email automation tools (Customer.io, Optimove, Xtreme Push);
- Proven success in executing email and omnichannel marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of analytical tools;
- Familiar with analytical tools and problem-solving;
