We are looking for a proactive and responsible SMM Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience as an SMM Manager;
• At least 1 year of experience in the Sports Betting niche;
• A portfolio with case studies and writing samples;
• Excellent knowledge of the Sports Betting industry and strong awareness of sports events across different markets (CIS, Europe, Worldwide);
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools;
• Excellent command of the Russian language, strong writing skills;
• Ability to multitask, work in a team, and manage time effectively;
• Self-sufficiency in handling assigned tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Competitor analysis in the Sports Betting niche, data collection, and development of promotion strategies;
• Writing Sports Betting content and posts tailored for different social media platforms and markets (Telegram, Instagram, VK, Teletype, mini-articles);
• Managing social media accounts, posting content, and maintaining and increasing audience engagement;
• Working with graphic and video editing tools (Photoshop, Figma, InShot, etc.);
• Enhancing engagement through giveaways, contests, and interactive activities;
• Regular reporting on performance, statistics, and budget;
• Planning and executing large-scale social media campaigns;
• Generating new ideas, monitoring trends, and introducing new content formats;
• Creating technical tasks for the design team;
• Analyzing traffic and audience behavior;
• Monitoring and managing the company's reputation on social media.
