We continue to expand the team and is looking for a Payment Operations Manager. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring payment success rates by region, analyzing changes and declines, and responding promptly to deviations.
- Analyzing errors in payment methods, identifying patterns, and assigning tasks for corrections to the relevant departments.
- Evaluating and testing the functionality of payment solutions, identifying potential issues.
- Analyzing payment data and making suggestions for improving payment success rates.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in igaming (not necessary);
- -English and Russian B2 ;
- Basic understanding of payment systems;
- Experience with payment analytics and transaction error analysis;
- Knowledge of the iGaming industry.
- Stress resistance, attention to detail, analytical mind
