Responsibilities:

Develop a B2B marketing strategy for promoting the BNPL product in international markets, taking into account the unique characteristics of each region.

Plan and launch campaigns—including co-branded initiatives with partners—that drive brand awareness.

Organize events and launch advertising campaigns aimed at attracting new partners.

Analyze the market, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for brand growth.

Conduct analytics and reporting by monitoring and evaluating campaign performance.

Collaborate with the creative team (designers, copywriters) to create marketing materials that accurately reflect the product’s values and uniqueness.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a marketing specialist in the fintech sector, particularly in B2B within international markets.

Experience with B2C marketing is a plus.

Ability to develop and successfully execute comprehensive marketing strategies.

Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BI, AppsFlyer, Amplitude) and a strong ability to analyze data.

Excellent command of English (at least Upper-Intermediate level); additional language skills are an advantage.

Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
