Key responsibilities
- Acting as a talent advisor with hiring managers to understand their business needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver top talent to the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate the offer process aligned to the company rewards policy, including negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates.
- Drive candidate engagement and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Use data to drive recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders, hiring managers and/ or HRBPs.
- Influence peers, mentoring other members of the recruitment team, providing guidance and support on recruitment best practices and process improvements.
- Identifies and proposes simple changes of local process, focused on continuously improving recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and skills
- 3+ years of full cycle in-house recruiting or Agency experience ideally in consumer goods or related industry.
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle and developing effective recruitment strategies.
- Experience managing high volume recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Upper intermediate level of English both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Results-driven mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions.
