Andersen, an international IT company, invites an experienced System Analyst to work on a large-scale project in the field of FinTech.
The customer is a leading payment system in Uzbekistan. It provides a wide range of services, including mobile phone top-ups, internet payments, utility bill payments, international transfers, and payments for foreign services. The service is used by more than 20 million people, and the company has 25,000 payment points across the country.
The project focuses on developing fintech applications from scratch. It aims to provide secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that enhance financial services, streamline transactions, and improve customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with development teams, architects and infrastructure to align technical requirements and integration planning.
- Acting as a “bridge” between the Product Owner and teams, helping to translate business requirements into technical tasks and vice versa.
- Selecting and coordinating interaction formats between systems (REST, SOAP, broker messaging, etc.).
- Developing schemes and methods for connecting to the corporate data bus or other messaging systems.
- Diving deep into database issues (DBMS, structure, query optimization, etc.).
- Gathering, refining and prioritizing requirements in conjunction with the Product Owner.
- Harmonizing development and integration plans, presenting statuses and risks to stakeholders.
- Organizing working meetings, discussing technical debt, clarifying tasks, resolving conflicts in case of disagreements.
- Coordinating and scheduling tasks so that they run in parallel with the rest of the product roadmap.
- Tracking key performance indicators of interactions (timelines, integration SLAs, stability of data exchange).
- Participating in the creation of documentation on integration processes and decisions made.
Must-haves:
- Experience as a System Analyst with managerial functions for 4+ years.
- Deep knowledge of databases (SQL, design, optimization).
- Understanding of integration techniques (SOAP, REST, GraphQL, message queues, ESB, etc.).
- Knowledge of message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, ActiveMQ, etc.) and the principles of their use.
- Ability to mitigate conflicts, negotiate, communicate key information between different roles.
- Ability to keep multiple stakeholders focused and help them compromise on timelines and requirements.
- Ability to speak the language of business and technology, redirecting questions to the appropriate channels.
- Proficiency in written communication (documentation, regulations, email correspondence) at a high level.
- Experience interacting with remote or hybrid teams and vendors.
- Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
