Hey there! We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of People Operations to lead and elevate our people function.

Since 2015, Multilogin is the leader in the anti-detect browser industry. Currently, the product is used by 10.000 users weekly, launching more than 13 million sessions.

As Head of People Ops, you’ll serve as the operational backbone of our People & Culture team, ensuring the smooth work of everything from onboarding to offboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR tech stack optimization.

What you'll be running the show in:

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Lead all People Operations functions across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, payroll inputs, documentation, compliance, and HR systems management.

  • Ensure global labor law compliance and track changes in employment regulations affecting our talent base. Develop and maintain policies, templates, and documentation.

  • Act as the main liaison with payroll and employment providers, managing timely and accurate payroll inputs, contract changes, and relocations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Lead, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless operational support for recruitment, compensation, benefits, and performance management.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding across multiple teams and locations, creating structured and delightful experiences.

People Analytics & Internal Mobility

  • Lead the implementation of People analytics and reporting: headcount, retention, time-to-hire, and other key HR metrics.

  • Support internal mobility and career pathing processes.

Aaaaaand we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

  • Fluency in English and Russian, both written and verbal.

  • Deep knowledge of modern HRIS, ATS, and employee documentation workflows.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented mindset.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and drive alignment across functions.

  • Experience supporting hybrid and distributed teams across multiple time zones.
