Hey there! We're looking for a looking for a Recruiter to help us find the best talent in Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, and other departments.

Since 2015, Multilogin is the leading in the anti-detect browser for web-automation and multi-accounting. Currently, the product is used by 10.000 users weekly, launching more than 13 million sessions.

⚡️ Please note: this is a Moscow-based position

We are looking for:

• Several months to 3 years of experience as a Sourcer/Recruiter/Tech Recruiter
• Experience with Russian talent market
• Fluent English (B2 - C1) and native Russian speaker

What you'll be working on:

• Support the recruitment process in collaboration while supervised by other team members

• Prepare and conduct the market mapping section of recruitment projects or sourcing for vacancies

• Communicate with candidates (agreeing on interviews, sharing information with candidates, giving feedback)

• Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to find potential candidates

• Assist in creating and posting job advertisements in ATS or job boards

• Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other recruitment databases
