Senior Affiliate Manager Tier1 (iGaming)

Hello! The iGaming brand is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager!

Обязанности:

• Build and develop long-term relationships with existing affiliates to increase their productivity.
• Negotiate partnership terms, develop promotions, and incentive programs for affiliates to enhance commercial effectiveness and achieve user acquisition goals.
• Identify new opportunities to optimize existing affiliate deals, implement innovative approaches, and introduce new business models.
• Work with underperforming affiliates to improve their effectiveness, as well as support key partners to scale their results.
• Identify key affiliates, strengthen partnerships, organize additional exposure space, and grow revenues.
• Review and restructure existing agreements to ensure commercial benefit and effectiveness.
• Actively recruit new affiliates and manage their onboarding process.
• Collaborate with SEO and PPC teams to maximize traffic efficiency and improve conversion rates.
• Continuously analyze performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, and other key indicators) to improve results and optimize processes.

Требования:

• At least 3 years of experience managing affiliate programs in the iGaming industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate programs with measurable results.
• Strong negotiation, data analysis, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with SEO and PPC teams to improve traffic acquisition results and increase conversions.
• Excellent understanding of the iGaming industry, modern marketing tools, and performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
