ATU Duty Free was founded in 2000 as a joint venture between TAV Airports Holding and Unifree Duty Free/Gebr. Heinemann. It is a combination of airport owner/landlord, retailer and distributor/supplier that brings together the three core competencies of the industry and puts us ahead of our competitors.

We now operate 110 shops covering 25.000 sqm of retail space, spanning 21 airports in 7 countries across the globe.

We're looking for a Sales Specialist for our Luxury Boutiques at Almaty Airport, with experience in watch and jewelry sales.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in luxury sales
  • Motivated by being a team player with a common goal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent customer service skills,
  • Good level of English (min.upper intermediate )
  • Flexible to work at night shift in addition to day shift

General Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in watch and jewelry sales, preferably in a luxury retail environment

  • Providing exceptional standards of customer service surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity by following our Service Ceremony

  • To maintain a strong understanding of current products, trends and collections and ensure that customers are informed and aware, providing excellent customer service
  • Handling customer complaints, seeking assistance where necessary, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
  • Be aware of daily sales targets and performance against them. Use appropriate sales techniques to ensure they are met
  • To ensure that all procedures and policies are understood. To carry out work according to those standards
  • Ensure that personal appearance and presentation are strictly in line with company standards
  • Playing an active role in replenishing stock according to company procedures and policies
  • Actively ensuring merchandise presentation reflect VM standards and general tidiness and cleanliness of the boutique at all times
  • Contributing ideas and suggestions to the team in order to achieve improvements in all aspects of the boutique performance
  • Demonstrating flexibility by supporting the store management in any other ad-hoc duties as might reasonably be required in the successful running of the boutique
