About the product and the team

This role is part of a fast-growing startup within a well-known venture studio, focused on building AI Companions — emotionally intelligent digital partners for meaningful human-AI interaction.

We create AI-first B2C products that combine:

  • Conversational and emotional intelligence
  • Text, voice, and video interfaces
  • Use cases ranging from emotional support to romantic companionship and soft skill development

Responsibilities

As Head of Product, you'll own one of our core product lines and be responsible for leading it to the next stage of growth. Your focus will be on scaling impact, optimizing monetization, and building a high-performing team.

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap in line with business goals
  • Lead product performance management through data-driven decision-making
  • Develop and optimize monetization models
  • Own the A/B testing pipeline — from ideation to execution — to improve retention, ARPU, and overall LTV
  • Work closely with engineering, analytics, design, and marketing to deliver meaningful product improvements
  • Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to inform product direction
  • Launch new features, improve activation flows, and support market expansion initiatives
  • Build and scale a content team (AI characters, personalities, scripts) as part of the product engine
  • Drive operational excellence and help evolve internal product processes and frameworks

What we're looking for

Must-haves

  • 5+ years in product management, including leadership experience
  • Hands-on experience working with B2C subscription-based products
  • Proven track record of scaling digital products and driving revenue growth
  • Strong analytical mindset: confident working with data, user behavior, and A/B testing
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Experience working with marketing, development, and analytics teams
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and bias for action
  • Confident English (B2+)
Nice-to-haves
  • Background in Dating, Adult gaming, Entertainment, or AI-first B2C subscription products
  • Prior experience in management consulting or other strategy-intensive roles
  • Familiarity with AI-driven product experiences
  • Experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
  • Understanding of content systems and managing creative pipelines
