We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions including HR projects, corporate initiatives, employee engagement events, and administrative processes. This role plays a key part in fostering a supportive workplace culture and ensuring efficient HR operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Projects & Corporate Initiatives
- Lead and coordinate HR-related projects such as the Best Employee nomination program.
- Administer the HR corporate email, responding to employee inquiries and distributing communications.
- Contribute to corporate initiatives, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics in collaboration with the HR Administration team.
Employee Engagement & Event Support
- Provide organizational and logistical support for employee engagement events, such as
- International Women's Day & Defender of the Fatherland Day celebrations, Team building activities, and etc.
- Support onboarding and welcome programs for new employees.
HR Administration
- Assist with the maintenance and accuracy of employee records and personnel files.
- Provide support in tracking and processing timesheets, attendance, and leave records.
- Coordinate with HR Administration for periodic reporting and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR work experience, preferably in a generalist or HR administration roles.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent command of Kazakh, Russian and English (Upper-Intermediate and higher)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Initiative-driven, reliable, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
