Join Talentway, an early-stage startup in the field of Future of Work, and help ensure high-quality job content for our growing user base.
- Location: Remote (North/South America only).
- Hours: Part-time (20–25h/week), Monday-Friday, 4 hours per day at specific hours.
- Compensation: $7–$10 USD/hour depending on experience and skills ($600–$900 USD/month).
You'll:
- Review and refine job listings to meet our quality standards.
- Source relevant job postings from niche boards and communities.
- Collaborate with our AI team to ensure content accuracy.
- Help build a robust content pipeline for our specialized platform.
This position is perfect for tech recruiters, content moderators, HR coordinators, remote admins, or juniors in HRTech/AI who have an eye for detail and enjoy working with job content part-time.

Your Key Responsibilities
Content Moderation
- Review and refine job listings to meet our quality standards.
- Ensure accurate job descriptions and categorization.
- Work alongside AI to verify content accuracy.
- Maintain high-quality content across the platform.
Job Sourcing
- Discover and add relevant job postings from niche job boards.
- Identify opportunities in specialized communities.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality job listings.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- Excellent English skills (all job postings are in English, yet the team is Russian-speaking).
- Availability to work 4-5 hours per day at specific hours (within North/South America Time Zones).
- Strong attention to detail – our platform's content must be flawless.
- Ability to meet the company's KPIs and SLAs.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in tech recruitment, preferably with SaaS GTM, Sales, or CSM roles.
- Experience with AI-powered tools.
- Familiarity with job boards and content management.
- Understanding of the US tech job market.
- Experience with remote work and asynchronous communication.
