1. Ensure that all the purchasing procedures are being taken in place, following Company policy and guidelines.
2. Send purchasing requests to trustable vendors and evaluates the proposals.
3. Prepare BIDs Analysis, purchase requisitions, quotations and ensures the completion of Company forms and their corresponding signatures.
4. Prepare and review service agreements according to the requirements.
5. Prepare weekly/monthly reports for the Manager, including commitments funds, requisitions, purchase orders.
6. Monthly update of the open purchase requisitions status.
7. Assist in looking for new providers of goods and services to offer a better service to projects. Additionally, support the process of contracting services and consultancies, following up on the completion of Company forms with each vendor, for further upload in Company Internal System.
8. Review and processing of Company Internal Systems related with procurement.
9. Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements for the employee
- Work experience at least 1 year;
- Confident user of office programs (EXCEL, WORD);
- Knowledge of languages: Russian, Uzbek, English (minimum Intermediate level)
- Responsibility, responsiveness, organization, diligence.
