Position Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on specialist to join our Campaign Operations team, focused on the technical execution of CRM campaigns — Email and In-product — using a marketing automation platform. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys setting up campaigns with precision, running A/B tests, and working with segmentation and automation tools.
Responsibilities:
- Build and launch CRM campaigns (Email, In-product) in the marketing automation platform;
- Translate briefs from CRM/Retention teams into technically sound campaign setups;
- QA, test, and approve campaigns before launch;
- Set up and manage segmentation rules based on customer data and behavior;
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for better KPIs;
- Collaborate closely with Retention, IT, Analytics, and Product teams;
- Document operational processes and help onboard/train junior team members if needed.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Email marketing, or campaign operations;
- Strong execution skills and great attention to detail;
- HTML & CSS knowledge, comfortable working with email templates/editors;
- SQL knowledge is a plus;
- English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
- Passion for technology and interest in diving deep into automation tools and data.
