Compensation: $2,000–$3,500/month gross, depending on experience (bonus or equity opportunity based on performance)

The Cycle is the first cycle-based functional beverage designed to support menstrual wellness. We help ease PMS, fatigue, bloating, and hormonal fluctuations with clean, plant-based formulations crafted to support the body through every phase of the menstrual cycle. Our ingredients are rooted in herbal medicine, our flavors are habit-forming, and our voice is unapologetically real.

We’re not just launching a drink—we’re launching a cultural shift. Think Olipop meets Flo, but made for the days you feel like canceling life.

Led by 3x founder Anastasia Sartan (ex-Director of Product at Snap), The Cycle is entering its first launch phase. We’re prepping 5,000 cans per SKU for drop this August and seeding traction across DTC, micro-retail, and café partners. What You’ll Do:

Launch Execution & Ops

- Drive the entire launch calendar: pre-sale, soft launch, fulfillment, shipping

- Coordinate across Shopify, email/SMS, 3PL (Third-Party Logistics, like warehousing, order fulfillment, and shipping), packaging, and cafés/events

- Run the first drop like a movement—not just a product release

Content Engine & Storytelling

- Plan and publish viral Reels/TikToks weekly

- Source and repurpose user-generated content from early testers

- Help shape brand tone across captions, emails, and inserts

- Collaborate with the founder on lo-fi, founder-led storytelling

Community & Growth

- Build and nurture our email/SMS list (via Klaviyo/Postscript)

- Engage with DMs/comments with a smart, body-aware tone

- Help run in-real-life activations and surprise moments

- Coordinate micro-influencer seeding and gifting loops

Feedback, Data, and Iteration

- Track what’s working (and what’s not)

- Share weekly insights on content performance, customer feedback, and conversion data

- Help refine our playbook for the next drop—and the one after that

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years in direct-to-consumer marketing (DTC), consumer-packaged goods (CPG) operations, or launching products for early-stage brands.

  • You’ve either launched something or helped scale from zero to early traction.

  • You’ve worked with US-based CPG brands (or deeply understand the US wellness consumer).

  • You’re scrappy, autonomous, and comfortable with ambiguity.

  • You’ve got creative taste, ops grit, and a “get it done” energy.

  • You speak fluent TikTok, understand launch psychology, and know how to stretch a small budget.

  • You care about wellness, but you keep it real—not woo.

  • Your creative culture is unapologetic, loud, viral.

  • This is a solo operator role for now — some freelance help may be available but expect to be fully hands-on.

What Success Looks Like (approximate plan):

  • Launch Delivered → Shopify live, 50+ testers fulfilled, ops humming (by August 30)

  • Content Machine → 3+ weekly Reels/TikToks, 30+ UGC pieces (by October)

  • Community Built → 1,000+ email/SMS signups, 10k+ Instagram reach

  • Presence Secured → Product stocked in 5+ cafés or pop-ups

  • Voice Consistent → Every touchpoint sounds unmistakably The Cycle

What We Offer:

  • Full-time job (8 working hours per day, Monday-Friday). Please note that we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.

  • Remote work. You may be located in almost any country or city, as long as you have a reliable internet connection, a computer to work from, and can adjust to the team’s working hours.

  • You’ll work directly with the founder and a brand advisor (ex-marketing director for top CPG brands in the US).

  • Growth - we’re looking for a long-term commitment.

  • Compensation: $2,000–$3,500/month gross, depending on experience (bonus or equity opportunity based on performance).
