We are a small, dedicated team that values thoughtful communication, quality, and long-term relationships—with clients and with teammates. As our first marketing hire, you’ll be integral in shaping how we present ourselves to the world.
We’re looking for someone proactive, creative, and highly organized to take charge of our marketing efforts — bringing structure, consistency, and execution to our campaigns across both digital and offline channels.

Responsibilities

2-4 years of experience in marketing, social media, and other relevant fields.

Manage and grow our social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, possibly Twitter);

Design and coordinate offline marketing campaigns, including postcards and mailers (you’ll manage relationships with design and print vendors);

Create engaging video ads using AI tools or similar platforms;

Implement marketing ideas provided by our team and proactively suggest your own;

Maintain consistency and organization in all marketing activities—be the structure behind our brand;

Support content execution: repurpose our ideas into social posts, ads, or campaigns;

Coordinate with outside vendors for printing, mailing, and ad placements.
Key requirements:

Fluent English - you'll constantly communicate with native English speakers in the US, so we don't want to see or hear any mistakes;

Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns end-to-end;

Comfortable with visual tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, AI-based video tools, etc.)

Strong organizational skills — you thrive in structured execution;

Proactive communicator who can offer strategic input, not just implementation;

Experience managing social media channels with a results-driven mindset;

Ability to take raw ideas and shape them into polished, published work;

Strong self-reliance and the ability to create solutions and make decisions on your own with the minimum required confirmations.
Nice-to-Haves

Prior experience in marketing for law firms, consultants, or other professional services;

Familiarity with estate planning, legal services, or high-trust B2C environments;

Russian language proficiency;

Based in Eastern Europe or able to align with EST time zone.
Working hours:
This is a full-time remote role, ideally aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours — 9 AM to 5 PM or 10 AM to 6 PM EST(check the time difference via this link). We understand that marketing work can sometimes be flexible, so while we prefer general availability during core EST hours for collaboration, we’re open to some flexibility in your daily schedule as long as deadlines are met and communication is clear.

Remote work. You may be located in almost any country or city, as long as you have a reliable internet connection, a computer to work from, and can adjust to the team’s working hours.

Salary will be discussed during the interview. Paid in USD.
