We're looking for Product Quality Manager to cover CIS Region.

Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive management of the quality of products manufactured in two factories in the Eurasia region
• Establishment of quality control SOP for Eurasia manufacturing plants
• Establish quality management KPI at manufacturing plant and monitor production quality
• Quality assurance activities such as risk assessment for quality assurance of new products
• Audit to quality management process at manufacturing plant
• Customer complaint management (Response and CAPA management in case of claims)
• Act as a communication channel between manufacturing headquarters and Eurasia plants
• Analyze performance and prepare reports in accordance with the above contents

• Higher Education

• 5+ years or more in product quality management control in the tobacco manufacturing industry

• Spoken English
• Active team player

• Комплексное управление качеством продукции, производимой на двух заводах в регионе Евразия

• Разработка стандартных операционных процедур (SOP) по контролю качества для производственных площадок в Евразии

• Установление ключевых показателей эффективности (KPI) по управлению качеством на производстве и контроль качества продукции

• Деятельность по обеспечению качества, включая оценку рисков для новых продуктов

• Проведение аудитов процессов управления качеством на производстве

• Управление претензиями клиентов (реагирование и управление корректирующими и предупреждающими действиями — CAPA)

• Выполнение роли коммуникационного канала между головным офисом производства и заводами в Евразии

• Анализ результатов и подготовка отчетов в соответствии с вышеуказанными направлениями

Требования:

• Высшее образование

• Опыт работы в области контроля качества продукции в табачной промышленности — от 5 лет

• Разговорный английский язык

• Активность, умение работать в команде
