Key Responsibilities:
- Be the Architect of Campaigns: Take the lead in executing and managing ad campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring they resonate with our audience and deliver results.
- Unlock Insights: Prepare in-depth reports and metrics that not only showcase campaign performance but also offer actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Troubleshoot and resolve any ad serving or performance issues, keeping campaigns on track and clients happy.
- Dashboard Management: Update and maintain engaging dashboards that track the progress of campaigns, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and spotlight areas for improvement.
- Collaborate and Conquer: Work closely with senior managers and team leads, providing support to streamline workflows and drive the team's success.
Experience & Skills:
- Experience: At least 2-3 years in a media or digital agency, where you've honed your skills in a fast-paced environment.
- DSP Expertise: Hands-on experience with platforms like DV360, Xandr, The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads. Candidates with solid experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms and a strong interest in programmatic media are also encouraged to apply.
- Analytical Mindset: A knack for crunching numbers paired with an intuitive approach to problem-solving.

Запуск и управление рекламой: Настраивать и вести рекламные кампании на разных платформах

Анализ и отчёты: Создавать отчёты по результатам рекламных кампаний и предлагать рекомендации

Решать проблемы: Быстро находить и устранять ошибки в показе рекламы или в её работе.

Следить за показателями: Обновлять дашборды, следить за результатами и находить, что можно улучшить.

Требования: -
Опыт: Не менее 2–3 лет работы в рекламном или digital-агентстве

Знание рекламных платформ: Опыт с DV360, Xandr, The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads — плюс. Также подойдут знания Google Ads, Meta Ads и желание развиваться в programmatic-рекламе.
