Make follow-up and screening calls to candidates under recruiter guidance

Enter and update candidate data in tracking sheets (Excel/Google Sheets)

Assist with monitoring test completion and scheduling interviews

Support daily administrative tasks in the recruitment pipeline

Maintain accurate and organized candidate information

Strong communication skills (especially phone etiquette)

Confidence in speaking with candidates in Russian and English

Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

Interest in recruitment, HR, or administrative coordination

Responsible, punctual, and organized
