Required skills:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administration.
- Strong understanding of ERP project lifecycle: ASAP, Activate, or similar methodology.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools: Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- English B2+.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience in managing SAP projects.
- Knowledge of foreign languages.
Responsibilities:
- Support project planning by assisting with timelines, deliverables, and tracking progress against milestones, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate daily activities, including stand-ups, status meetings, and task assignments across teams.
- Maintain project documentation such as meeting notes, status reports, change requests, and RAID logs, ensuring version control of project files, requirements documents, and testing materials.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact.
- Organize meetings and workshops, handling scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups.
- Assist with onboarding, timesheet tracking, and basic budget monitoring and forecasting.
