Role of Summary :

The KA/WS Channel Specialist supports the strategic and operational execution of sales activities across Key Account (KA) and Wholesale (WS) channels. This role focuses on implementing promotions, collecting market feedback, and assisting in communication between partners and internal teams to ensure efficient field execution and volume growth.

Key resposibilities

KA Channel Support:
- Assist in coordination of listing, pricing, and promotional activities with key KA partners
- Monitor KA store-level execution (shelf presence, visibility, stock rotation)
- Collect and consolidate sales and performance data from the KA network
- Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and performance reviews

WS Channel Support:
- Follow up on WS partner compliance with promotional schemes and product availability
- Conduct regular checks on stock levels, order patterns, and sales movement across WS partners
- Assist in preparing materials and reports for WS partner meetings
- Communicate updates and feedback from WS partners to the Channel Manager

Internal Coordination:
- Liaise with CRM, Field, and Sales Support teams to ensure smooth promotional execution
- Participate in planning meetings and prepare internal documentation (e.g. promotion summaries, partner trackers)
- Assist in maintaining accurate and updated partner information in CRM systems
