Role of Summary :

The Vice Director of Sales Division acts as the operational leader responsible for overseeing the entire sales division and implementing the strategic direction set by the Korean expatriate Director.

As the Director’s proxy in the field, this role serves as the key link between strategy and execution, integrating various sales teams (Field Sales, KA/WS, CRM, Support, Training) and driving performance across all levels.

Key resposibilities :

Strategy Execution & Team Management
- Implement the sales KPIs and strategies provided by the - - Director across all relevant teams
- Oversee all functions under the Sales Division: Field Operations, KA/WS, CRM, Support, and Training
- Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews and prepare division-wide reporting

Distributor & Partner Management
- Maintain strong operational communication with key distributors and sub-dealers
- Monitor coverage, outlet expansion, and productivity per sales rep (DR/TSM)
- Supervise the execution of in-market promotions and category programs, identifying areas for improvement

Field Control & Problem Solving
- Receive and review daily/weekly operational updates from - Regional Managers and Supervisors
- Take ownership of on-site issues such as contract compliance, installation delays, and promotional failures
- Oversee merchandising efforts, regular outlet visits, and ensure execution against territory KPIs

Data & CRM-Driven Sales Management
Collaborate with CRM and Sales Support teams to standardize reporting structures and field operations
Use POS, CRM, and internal tools to track territory health and drive data-based decision making
Monitor the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of market data and sales dashboards


Training & Capability Development
Coach and guide Regional Managers and Supervisors toward performance improvement
Oversee onboarding and training for new DR/TSM staff; ensure proper mentoring is in place
Cooperate with Sales Training team to roll out training programs across regions

Preferred Attributes :

- Proven experience in KPI-based management, territory operations, and distributor performance oversight

- Team management experience (minimum 15+ team members)

- Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving mindset

- Familiarity with sales systemization, performance analytics

- Excellent communicator who can balance headquarter expectations with local execution
