Development and implementation of trade marketing programs: window displays, co-op activities, spraying, GWP, and trade incentive programs.

Merchandising development and control (Fr, MUP, SK).

Ensuring effective communication with trade partners based on brand requirements and client needs.

Developing and controlling client stock recommendations.

Marketing:

Implementation of marketing programs.

CRM management: database maintenance, email campaigns, and in-store activities.

Gathering competitor activity insights.

Analysis & Reporting:

Systematic analysis of activity effectiveness, including collection and evaluation of sales data, conversion rates, and other key metrics.

Preparing reports on completed activities and presenting outcomes to management.

E-commerce:
-
Managing product catalogs on retail partner websites.
-
Planning, coordinating, and executing customer engagement activities and promotional campaigns.

Developing special pricing offers and analyzing campaign performance.

Managing loyalty programs including newsletters, app notifications, and SMS.

Team Coordination:
-
Coordinating and managing the work of Brand Consultants, makeup artists, and cosmetologists.

Actively involving team members in brand tasks and delegating responsibilities where appropriate.

Market analysis and data collection.
-
Control and maintenance of merchandising materials.

Assisting with PR and other projects (trainings, events for BCs and store managers).

Launch event reporting.

Summarizing contest results and organizing winner trips.

Experience in marketing and trade marketing — at least 3–5 years.

Background in FMCG, consumer electronics.

Fluent English (both written and spoken).
