Responsibilities:

Analyze learning needs via stakeholder interviews and gap assessments.

Develop and implement consulting-focused training (client management, leadership, etc.).

Manage LMS, track progress, and curate content.

Conduct engaging training sessions and organize learning events.
-
Lead L&D projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
-
Evaluate training effectiveness and optimize programs.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s in Education, Business, HR, or related field.
-
3+ years in L&D, preferably in consulting/professional services.
-
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
-
LMS experience and fluency in English (Russian/Kazakh a plus).
