Responsibilities:
- Assist Audit Partners and Directors in developing and executing marketing and business development initiatives.
- Plan and execute events to support the department's objectives.
- Research relevant external conferences and coordinate participation.
- Perform marketing analysis to identify business growth opportunities.
- Coordinate the creation of advertising and marketing materials, including editorial content.
- Ensure all communication materials adhere to firm guidelines in both English and Russian.
- Support the development of pitches, proposals, and tenders.
Requirements:
- Have 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or business development, with proven success in an Audit firm with a strong marketing presence.
- Possess deep knowledge of the local and international legal services market and key industry players.
- Understand best practices and trends in marketing, both locally and globally.
- Have a strong background in marketing campaigns, event planning, professional organization memberships, service promotion, market analysis, and CRM.
- Demonstrate outstanding drafting skills, with experience in writing marketing content, creating presentations, and negotiating with service providers.
- Are client-focused with strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Are fluent in English.
