Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

Key Competencies:

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities

  • High level of personal responsibility and accountability

  • Analytical mindset, able to perform under pressure and in critical situations

  • Proven leadership experience in team management and decision-making

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence

  • Strong project management skills, including Agile and Scrum Master methodologies

  • Experience with MS SQL and database management

  • Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools

  • Experience in test automation (e.g., Ranorex) is a plus

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as NewRelic and Grafana is nice to have

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation

  • Develop and execute a Digital Operations roadmap aligned with company strategy

  • Collaborate with the DT Operations Manager, product teams, and country leadership to translate high-level business goals into actionable tech initiatives

  • Advocate for best practices in digital product deployment, ensuring observability and reliability

Technical Execution & Delivery:

  • Oversee the deployment of digital solutions that optimize business processes

  • Ensure successful adoption of digital products across CCI countries

  • Maintain a strong balance between technical excellence and business priorities

  • Define and track KPIs and success metrics to measure team performance and project impact

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a technical advisor to business departments, providing consultation on CCI digital products

  • Collaborate with department heads and external partners to ensure seamless technology integration

  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and impactful way

Team Development & Culture:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team

  • Promote continuous learning, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Foster a “fail fast, learn fast” mindset to support agility in software development and problem-solving

Main Responsibilities:

  • Integrate, consolidate, and deploy new systems in international operations to drive synergy and centralization

  • Oversee digital product deployments, ensuring successful implementation and support across international operations

  • Provide consultation on business process improvements through technology

  • Coordinate system training, conduct needs analysis, and deliver training for key and end-users

  • Act as a coach to users, ensuring they get maximum value from existing systems and are aware of all functionalities

  • Manage or contribute to strategic business projects involving new technologies, systems, or process reengineering

  • Lead Salesforce solution implementations in international markets

Working terms:

  • Schedule 5/2 from 8.00 to 17.00
