Background & Purpose of the Job

This role supports the marketing team through efficient document and budget management, coordination with internal teams and suppliers, and contribution to product development. It’s ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive specialist eager to grow in a dynamic and flexible work environment.

Exciting tasks await you

  • Organizing document management within the marketing department (internal communication with company departments and external communication with suppliers)

  • Managing the budget and overseeing the entire process of contract signing, timely invoicing, payments, and document closure

  • Collecting various types of data, analyzing them, and preparing reports

  • Adapting marketing materials in collaboration with creative agencies

  • Reviewing and editing packaging texts

  • Coordinating with the production department; participating in the development of new products (including taste testing, trend analysis, information gathering, and systematization)

  • Supporting the preparation and approval of business cases; assisting with quality assurance matters

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Higher education in marketing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • English language proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher; knowledge of Kazakh is an advantage
  • Confident user of Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work with data
  • Persistence, diligence, proactiveness, punctuality
  • Ability to work independently as well as within the team
  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail
