We are looking for a KOL/Influencer marketer with fluent English for a remote work.

Our client is an international game developer and publisher with its HQ in China. It was founded in 2014.

There are 1600 employees worldwide from LATAM to Asia.

They are one of the most famous pioneers in mobile MOBA games development.

One of their flagship product is an award-winning mobile MOBA game. It has over 1.5 billion installations and a MAU base of over 110 million players, as well as being among the top 10 most-played games in 80 countries.

About the role

You will be a part of an international KOL marketing team and will be responsible for influencer marketing in the CIS and Central Asia.

Your future tasks

  • Develop and own the KOL & influencer marketing strategy for mobile-game promotion across priority regions, setting clear objectives, target audiences, channels, and success metrics.

  • Source, assess suitable KOLs/influencers to collaborate with, establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships while managing day-to-day communications and deliverables.

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns — online (social posts, live streams, virtual events, in-game activations) and offline (fan meet-ups, mall events, gaming camps) — defining formats, creative concepts, and timelines.

  • Create or approve campaign assets (briefs, scripts, content guidelines) and ensure every deliverable aligns with brand voice, game mechanics, and legal/ethical standards.

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (product, marketing, PR, community, sales) and external agencies to embed KOL activities within the broader marketing roadmap and maintain brand consistency.

  • Oversee influencer-driven monetization initiatives, including online sales pushes and virtual-currency promotions, ensuring smooth user journeys and revenue tracking.

  • Monitor campaign execution and compliance, confirming timely postings, event logistics, and fulfillment of contractual obligations.

  • Track performance and budget: collect and analyze reach, engagement, sales lift, and brand-awareness data; calculate ROI; optimize future activities; and keep spend within agreed limits.

  • Stay on top of market trends in influencer marketing, gaming communities, and competitor activity, experimenting with new platforms and formats to keep campaigns fresh and effective.

  • Report results and insights to stakeholders, translating data into actionable recommendations to improve strategy, creative, and partnership selection.

We expect from you

  • 2+ years of commercial experience in KOL/influencer marketing in tech product companies (ideally in the gamedev).

  • Proven experience and network with influencers and KOLs.

  • Experience with both online and offline KOL marketing activities.

  • It would be amazing if you were familiar with the gaming market and MOBA category.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • English language at C1 level (all internal communications are in English).

  • Fluence Russian language (for communications with influencers)
