Boomerangme is a fast-growing white-label SaaS platform helping marketing agencies in the US and Canada launch and manage digital loyalty programs for SMBs—cafés, restaurants, salons, and more. Our platform powers the infrastructure behind hundreds of local loyalty campaigns and drives real revenue growth for small businesses.

We’re on a mission to make loyalty programs easy, modern, and impactful—and we’re looking for a Head of Marketing to help us scale to the next level.

As Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for both the strategy and execution of our global marketing efforts. You will directly influence Boomerangme’s MRR and other key metrics through performance marketing, brand strategy, and affiliate program growth.

You’ll build and lead a team across demand generation, brand marketing, lifecycle marketing, and affiliate partnerships. You’ll also work closely with the CEO, sales team, and product team to align messaging, measure ROI, and expand our reach.

Key Responsibilities

  • P&L Ownership: Define marketing budgets, set ROI expectations, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team focused on results, creativity, and data-driven decisions.

  • Growth Strategy: Drive acquisition across paid, organic, and partner-led channels with a focus on CPL, CAC, and LTV metrics.

  • Affiliate Program Ownership: Oversee strategy and execution for partner and affiliate channels (Reditus, FirstPromoter, and beyond), including recruitment, enablement, and reporting.

  • Brand Management: Refine Boomerangme’s brand positioning in the B2B SaaS and martech space, ensuring consistency across website, campaigns, and partner materials.

  • Lifecycle Marketing: Own onboarding, engagement, and retention communications across CRM, email, webinars, and remarketing.

  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with the product team on feature launches, market research, and sales enablement materials.

  • Performance Analytics: Build dashboards, analyze funnel metrics, and constantly iterate campaigns based on insights.

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You...

  • Have 5+ years of experience in SaaS marketing (ideally B2B, ideally Martech) with a proven track record of owning revenue targets.

  • Have managed or contributed to affiliate programs and understand their operational and strategic value.

  • Love working cross-functionally across sales, product, and success.

  • Can build and mentor teams, but aren’t afraid to be hands-on when needed.

  • Make decisions based on data, not guesswork. You’re fluent in attribution, CPL, CAC, and funnel conversion rates.

  • Are entrepreneurial, scrappy, and thrive in fast-growing environments.

  • Your English level is C1
